Tekaï follows Australian standard sizing. Each piece is thoughtfully designed for a flattering and comfortable fit, with detailed measurements listed on every product page to help guide your selection.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed and effortless fit.

Yes - every Tekaï product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit.

Most Tekaï pieces fit true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page. Where a garment is designed with a more tailored or relaxed silhouette, fit notes will be provided to help guide your choice.

To keep your garments looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend gentle handling and careful washing. Care instructions vary by garment, so please refer to the internal care label and product page for specific guidance.

PAYMENT, ORDERS & SHIPPING

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Afterpay so you can enjoy your Tekaï pieces now and pay later.

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. As a growing label, we are starting close to home and look forward to expanding internationally very soon.

For our New Zealand community: Orders under $1,000 NZD typically do not incur import duties or taxes. For orders exceeding $1,000 NZD, you may be contacted by NZ Customs to pay GST and duties before your parcel is released. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, with most metro areas receiving orders within 3-5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). During busy periods such as launches or sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email support@tekai.com.au as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Yes - we ship to all valid Australian PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in locating your order with the courier.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.

FAQ

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order is not quite perfect, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it promptly.

Email support@tekai.com.au with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Yes - we are happy to exchange your item for another size or style, subject to availability. If your preferred option is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once processed, we are happy to provide a refund, exchange or store credit.

Items marked Final Sale or purchased during specific clearance events cannot be returned for change of mind. If an item is faulty, we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please email support@tekai.com.au with photos of the issue and we will prioritise a repair, replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.
