We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Tekaï pieces. If your order is not quite right, we’re here to help.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for return, items must be: 

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • Free from makeup, perfume or marks

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

 


 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@tekai.com.au with: 

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions.

 


 

Return Address

  • Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions via email.

  • Please do not send items back without prior approval, as we may be unable to process your return.

 


 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for another size or style, subject to availability.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we will provide a refund or store credit.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Tekaï is not responsible for lost return parcels.

 


 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 


 

Store Credit

If you choose store credit, it will be issued via email and valid for future purchases.

 


 

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased during specific clearance events cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If a Final Sale item is faulty, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please email support@tekai.com.au with photos and your order number.

We will prioritise a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 


 

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within the 14-day return period provided items meet return eligibility requirements.

 


 

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
